The module concept which is unique to iCON, gives one the option of determining how you wish to control your fan and based on your requirement select the appropriate module. Our extensive range of control functions has helped the iCON product range become the leading brand it is today. The same module is compatible with all three size iCON’s – 15, 30 and 60. However, it should be noted that there are specific 240V modules and different low voltage SELV modules.Replacing a module is also a lot simpler and cheaper than replacing the entire fan. This humidity with run on timer module (72687103) is for use in the 230V– 240V iCON 15 (72683501) iCON 30 (72591601) iCON 60 (72591701) only. This module will give the iCON the functionality of being activated by the level of humidity and a run on timer when activated by a remote switch. The humidity level on the module can be adjusted to suit but does come factory set out of the box to function for most wet room applications. When the humidity level is triggered the fan will come on and extract the moist air, it will carry on extracting until it is below the humidity level set on the module, this is to prevent nuisance triggering. The run on timer will function once the fan has been turned off by the remote switch, the fan will run on for the time set on the module. The module comes factory set for approx 15 minutes run on time as set by the English Building Regs.
